Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
Knowledge of post-myocardial infarction care, heart failure, arrhythmias, and chest pain management
Ability to perform peritoneal dialysis


Description:
The candidate will provide care to a diverse patient population spanning adults to geriatrics.
The unit specializes in managing conditions such as post-myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmias, and chest pain.
Telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation are essential skills required for this position.
The nurse will also handle peritoneal dialysis and various cardiac procedures.
The registered nurse will work in a ratio of 1:5 with a total of 16 beds.
Floating to other cardiac telemetry units may be required based on patient needs.
Participation in major holidays may be required as scheduled.
Full compliance with onboarding documentation is necessary prior to commencing work.
