Sales Executive

Protouch Staffing

Job Roles and Responsibilities


Identify and prospect new customers through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.

Assist with onboarding new customers.

Coordinate customer information with the sales and service teams.

Obtain signed contracts and required customer documentation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet with customers to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Prepare accurate project quotations, ensuring labor and material costs are included.

Present and explain quotations to customers.

Review quotations with management to ensure profitability.

Develop detailed project scopes.

Coordinate scheduling with dispatch and service teams.

Order project materials and coordinate deliveries.

Visit job sites when necessary to monitor project progress and address customer questions.

Maintain detailed customer, project, and sales activity records in the CRM throughout the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications and Certifications


Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in project coordination and quotation preparation.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience.

Willingness to continue developing knowledge in the Plumbing and HVAC/R industry.

Valid Driver's License(required).
