We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Liaison/Business development Professional to drive strategic referral relationships, census growth, and market expansion across our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Kansas market. This role is responsible for cultivating partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, health plans, and community referral sources while also supporting mentorship and coaching of business development staff to strengthen overall region performance. the ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional with a strong understanding of post-acute, and healthcare sales strategy.
