This role will augment existing technical resources and collaborate with various teams including the Planning & Building Department. Responsibilities Provide technical expertise in Accela Civic Platform , including scripting and workflow configuration Create and modify records and fields within Accela Support and troubleshoot G-Wizard (G-Wiz) tools built on Accela Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions Participate in meetings with stakeholders across Planning, Building, and ITD Document processes and provide recommendations for system improvements Qualifications 3+ years of experience working directly with Accela Civic Platform Hands-on experience with Accela scripting , workflows, and record management Familiarity with G-Wizard / G-Wiz tools (preferred but not required) Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Experience supporting government or public sector clients is a plus Employment type Contract Job function Analyst Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
