Schedule: Full-Time | First Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Machinist / Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career in machining and aerospace manufacturing.

Previous machining experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable learning how to operate precision manufacturing equipment. Candidates with experience in assembly, fabrication, automotive work, construction, maintenance, mechanical projects, technical education, or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply.

As you gain experience, you may have the opportunity to train on equipment including CNC machines, waterjets, press brakes, CNC routers, and other manufacturing equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the setup and operation of manufacturing and machining equipment
• Load and unload materials and parts into machines
• Perform basic machine operation under the guidance of experienced machinists
• Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy and defects
• Deburring, finishing, and bench work as needed
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
• Work closely with experienced machinists and production team members
• Develop skills necessary to advance into CNC machining, waterjet operation, press brake operation, CNC routing, or other skilled manufacturing positions

Experience That May Be Helpful

While not required, experience or education in any of the following is a plus:

• Manufacturing or production
• Machine operation
• Mechanical assembly
• Metal fabrication
• Automotive or mechanical repair
• Welding or shop classes
• Technical or vocational programs
• Blueprint reading
• CNC or machining coursework
• Soldering, woodworking, crafting, or other detail-oriented hands-on work
