I opened my agency in 2020 after spending three and a half years as a State Farm team member. Before joining State Farm, I worked for a software company as a corporate trainer, which helped shape my passion for learning, development, and helping others succeed. Agency ownership appealed to me because it combines a higher purpose of helping people with the opportunity to set goals, measure progress, and continually improve. Giving back is important to us. We periodically partner with a local nonprofit that helps families in our community access basic necessities and support during times of need. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
