Associate Director, Contracts Counsel

Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director, Contracts Counsel to provide strategic legal support for commercial operations and business growth. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing a broad portfolio of commercial agreements while advising on healthcare compliance, regulatory matters, and risk mitigation as the company prepares for product commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements for services, distribution, market access, and vendor arrangements
- Draft and negotiate wholesaler, specialty pharmacy, PBM, and value-based contracting arrangements for product launch
- Advise on healthcare compliance considerations including Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and promotional requirements
- Partner across Commercial, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Compliance functions to deliver timely legal support
- Develop and maintain commercial contract templates, playbooks, and approval processes
Requirements
- Commercial contracts attorney experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance laws including Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating distribution, pharmacy, payer, and rebate agreements
- Strong understanding of FDA promotional requirements and PhRMA Code compliance
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice
- Experience with contract management systems and lifecycle tools
