Job Title: SAP MM Consultant

Location: Detroit, MI (100% Onsite)

Job Type: Contract (6-12 Months, Extendable)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to support our client's ongoing SAP project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, SAP MM configuration, and integration with other modules such as SD, PP, and WM.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and design solutions in the SAP MM module
Configure and customize SAP MM components including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, Source Lists, and Release Strategies
Support Procurement and Inventory Management processes (Stock/Non-stock purchases, STOs, Subcontracting, Consignment, etc.)
Work with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end P2P processes
Resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and support users during cutover and go-live
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Document functional specifications and work with ABAP developers on enhancements and custom reports
Train end-users and create system documentation and SOPs

Must-Have Skills:

Overall SAP Experience: 10-13+ Years
7-10+ years of hands-on SAP MM configuration and implementation experience
Strong knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management, MRP, and Logistics Invoice Verification
Experience in integrating SAP MM with SD, PP, WM, and FI
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA MM
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Detroit, MI

Nice to Have:

Exposure to SAP Ariba , SAP Fiori apps , or S/4HANA Central Procurement
Automotive or manufacturing industry experience
SAP certification in MM or S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement
