Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking interpreters to interpret for IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, mental health evaluations, etc. Interpreters must have daytime availability. Language needed: Mandarin - Immediate need Location: New Castle County, Delaware - IN-PERSON

Travel to local client sites, within the New Castle County, Delaware area Provide Mandarin-English interpreting for school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, medical appointments, and more Provide superior customer service Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practicesJOB REQUIREMENTS
Full fluency in both English and Mandarin Some daytime availability (between the hours of 9AM - 5PM) Availability to support our interpreting clients up to 5 hours a month Access to reliable transportation 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred, but not required Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.), but not required Candidates mustbe willing to get a background check including Federal, State, and Child Abuse Registry Must have reliable phone service for contact Must be comfortable with using a computer or smart phone for job input Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
