Hotel Room AttendantThe Westin Washington D.C. City Center is seeking a hotel room attendant to join our team. The room attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained. They perform a variety of cleaning tasks, such as making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms. They also restock supplies, such as towels and toiletries, and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.ResponsibilitiesClean guest rooms and common areasMake beds and change linens.Dust furniture and vacuum carpets.Clean and sanitize bathrooms.Restock supplies, such as towels and toiletries.Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.Follow all safety and sanitation policies.Provide excellent customer service.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior housekeeping experience preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent attention to detailGood communication skillsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
