Utilizes Laboratory Information Systems to manage workflows, respond to service requests, and distribute reports accurately. Provides professional, patient-centered care, recognizing age-specific needs, and supports hospital quality initiatives through accurate documentation and protocol adherence. Contributes to laboratory operations by managing inventory, engaging in ongoing education, and fostering professional development. Qualifications & Skills Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross Completion of a phlebotomy training program with 100 hours of clinical training Strong customer service, multitasking, and collaboration skills Located in Elmhurst.
