Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and patient-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a permanent part- time Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Hours: Mon. Wed. Fri. from 2:00-7:00 pmResponsibilities
- Greet patients as they arrive and provide a welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with paperwork
- Prepare daily treatment documents
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients
- Oversee daily schedule
Qualifications
- One or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to patient care
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
