Overview A law firm seeks a transactional attorney with over four years of experience to join its Corporate and M&A practice in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate law, with additional experience in private and commercial lending considered advantageous. Duties Lead and manage complex M&A, securities, and private equity transactions. Draft and review acquisition agreements and related documentation. Communicate effectively with clients to provide legal advice and updates. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in M&A, securities, and corporate law. Strong knowledge of acquisition agreements and transaction documentation. License to practice law in Texas. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
