Laboratory Supervisor

Role Description The Laboratory Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Long Branch, NJ. This role oversees daily operations of the clinical laboratory, including scheduling, workload distribution, and supervision of laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate test results. The Laboratory Supervisor monitors quality control procedures, maintains and troubleshoots laboratory equipment, and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
