Job Summary: The Vice President, Finance & Strategy is a highly visible leadership role reporting to the CFO of Field Operations. This executive will partner directly with regional leadership to drive financial strategy, guide operational decision-making, and improve profitability across multiple production facilities and distribution sites. The role blends strategic planning, FP&A leadership, executive reporting, and hands‑on collaboration with site operations to influence cost optimization, growth initiatives, and overall business performance.
