Your hourly rate for this position will be $ 77-83 per hour or a 105K-115K Yearly Salary. Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments
- Provide One-to-One Parent Coaching
- Model the implementation of individualized ABA
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
- Develop Behavior Support Plans
- Train and Supervise Caregiver
- Monitor Progress and Adjust Interventions:
- Maintain Documentation
- Board Certification
- Strong Knowledge of ABA Principles
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Empathy and Patience
- Data Analysis and Decision-Making
- Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Ethics and Professionalism
