Role Overview
This is now an intermediate-level HR role requiring approximately 2 3 years of experience .
Preferred Background
Candidates should ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:
HR Generalist
HR Specialist
HR Administrator
Key Qualities to Look For
Good attitude and positive mindset
Eager learner - they will be learning multiple HR systems, processes, and duties.
Strong interpersonal skills
Someone who is genuinely interested in building their HR career and is not simply viewing this role as a stepping stone to quickly move into another position.
