This position starts as soon as possible and runs through late May 2027, serving as an essential member across all schools in a small district with a student population of approximately 1,600. Your core responsibilities will include providing instructional coverage in general education settings, following classroom plans, and maintaining a supportive and productive learning environment when covering for absent teachers. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Psychologist license required
• Experience as a general education or substitute teacher in K-12 schools
• Familiarity with effective classroom management techniques
• Ability to adapt to multiple grade levels and subject areas as needed
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and initiative to thrive in shifting daily assignments
