Our client is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong Product Engineering experience and expertise in the Microsoft technology stack. This role requires a technical leader who actively contributes to coding while leading offshore engineering teams in a highly collaborative onsite-offshore delivery model. hands-on Tech Lead who codes, leads offshore teams, and thrives in a product engineering environment. Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Senior Software Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on software development experience with the ability to actively contribute to coding efforts .
- Strong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Product Engineering background with experience building custom software products and platforms (not packaged/off-the-shelf solutions).
- Extensive experience leading and managing offshore development teams.
- Demonstrated success working within integrated onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and working with globally distributed teams.
- Flexibility to support overlapping working hours with offshore teams as needed.
