Compensation:
- Salary: $70,000-$75,000/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight of the Clinical Services Department.
- Lead interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings and support individualized patient care planning.
- Oversee psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, family meetings, and community resource coordination.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, utilization review, admissions, and executive leadership to promote safe, high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, Alabama Department of Mental Health requirements, HIPAA, EMTALA, and organizational policies.
- Monitor departmental performance, documentation quality, patient outcomes, and survey readiness.
- Promote patient rights, trauma-informed care, and a culture of accountability and service excellence
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current Alabama licensure or license eligibility (LICSW, LMSW, LPC, ALC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Minimum three years of behavioral health experience.
- Minimum two years of progressive leadership experience.
- Acute inpatient psychiatric hospital experience preferred.
- Experience with CMS surveys and behavioral health regulations preferred.
