Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling service inquiries, processing purchase orders, collaborating with the field sales reps while also identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and generate new business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving growth through excellent communication and sales skills. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media with professionalism and care Troubleshoot product/service issues and ensure prompt resolution (with the help of Operations, Quality, Field Sales) Accurately document customer interactions and maintain CRM (Salesforce.com) records Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service requests Process Purchase Orders, build Invoices, coordinate product sample requests Proactively engage existing customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions Promote and upsell relevant products or services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities Support marketing campaigns by following up on inbound leads and converting interest into sales Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to handle objections and close sales Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment Pay Range: $20/ hour - $25 / hour More About Filtration Group Filtration Group is on a mission to make the world safer, healthier and more productive.
