Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Join Our Team at Alight Behavioral Therapy!
At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in assisting our team of experienced therapists in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team of therapists : As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced and licensed therapists to implement ABA therapy plans and provide support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
Administer and record data : Responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress, behavior, and treatment effectiveness, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Implement behavioral plans : Assist in the implementation of behavioral plans, including Ivy House Program, and provide ongoing support to clients and families.
Communicate with families : Develop strong relationships with clients and families, providing regular updates on treatment progress and addressing concerns or questions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment : Ensure a safe and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
