We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead CT Technologist to join our distinguished diagnostic imaging team in Broadview Heights, OH. As the Lead CT Technologist, you'll be responsible for performing high-quality imaging, leading a talented team of technologists, and ensuring the department operates smoothly. With your expertise in CT, X-ray, and MRI, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our imaging department provides accurate and timely diagnostic results in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of CT technologists, ensuring adherence to high imaging standards
• Perform CT scans and support X-ray and MRI procedures when necessary, ensuring quality care
• Manage and oversee imaging protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety practices
• Conduct regular maintenance on imaging equipment and perform troubleshooting when needed
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical teams to deliver accurate and timely diagnoses
• Ensure proper documentation of imaging procedures and patient records
• Promote a focus on patient safety, comfort, and care throughout every imaging procedure
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff, encouraging continuous learning and professional development

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
• ARRT (MR) certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain
• BLS certification
• Strong experience in CT imaging, including protocols, positioning, and radiation safety
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
