About the Opportunity: As a Part-Time Infusion RN with Gastro Health, you will play a vital role in caring for patients living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in a comfortable outpatient setting. Our Infusion Nurses build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients while delivering high-quality, compassionate care -- without the demands of a hospital environment. As an Infusion RN with Gastro Health, you will: Enjoy a weekday schedule - 2 days (Wed, Thu, or Fri) - 7:30AM to 4PM Administer biologics and injectables to patients in an outpatient infusion setting Assess patients before, during, and after infusions Monitor for and respond to infusion reactions or adverse events Accurately document medical information and infusion records in EPIC Coordinate care with physicians and clinical team members Provide education and reassurance to patients and families Deliver excellent customer service in a calm, professional environment Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate and a supportive healthcare team Paid holidays 401k retirement plans and profit-sharing employer contributions Work-Life Balance - no nights, weekends, or holidays Candidate Requirements: Current Massachusetts RN license (required) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required High skill level IV insertion required; outpatient biologic infusion experience strongly preferred BLS required; ACLS preferred EPIC EMR experience a plus Excellent communication, organization, and patient-care skills Locations: Gastro Health - Acton: 45B Discovery Way - Acton, MA 01720 About Gastro Health: Gastro Health is an extensive and diverse group of professionals dedicated to digestive and liver health.
