Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Summary Our private general dental practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and support the overall health and well-being of our patients. This role requires a thorough understanding of dental procedures, patient education, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients. Proficiency with Dentrix is highly desirable. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dental team to deliver comprehensive dental services in a professional and compassionate manner. Part-time, 1-2 days per week at this time. Practice Highlights Private general practice Office hours are Monday and Wednesday 7:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday 8:30am-6:00pm, and Thursday 7:30am-3:00pm. Optional 1-2 days per week, to be chosen by candidate. 1 hour cleanings 1 hour SRP per quadrant 1 hour lunch Advanced technology Paperless Friction-free workplace built on mutual respect and a patient-first culture CE credit opportunites offered Qualifications Valid Dental Hygienist license in WA State, new graduates encouraged to apply WA State basic life support/CPR/AED certifications Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately. Commitment to HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. Strong understanding of infection prevention management, aseptic techniques, and healthcare infection control standards.
