Responsibilities
- Provide bedside LPN care to residents during the night shift according to physician orders and individualized care plans
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments as allowed by scope of practice, and document nursing actions
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse; escalate concerns promptly per policy
- Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control protocols, and comply with all licensed practice standards

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (New Mexico) or eligible for licensure per state requirements
- Education: Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent credential
- Availability for night shifts: 18:00-06:30, 3x12-hour shifts
- Local candidates only
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to participate in a 6-week travel assignment with guaranteed weekly hours
