Salary Range: 70,000-100,000
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our powersports dealership. The Sales Manager will lead our sales team, help drive unit sales and profitability, and ensure our customers receive an outstanding buying experience.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
Set and monitor monthly sales goals.
Assist sales staff with customer questions, negotiations, and closing deals.
Monitor leads and ensure proper customer follow-up.
Help manage new and used inventory.
Work with the Finance, Parts, and Service departments to provide a great customer experience.
Handle customer concerns and help resolve issues.
Conduct sales meetings and provide ongoing training.
Monitor sales performance and hold the team accountable.
Help promote dealership events, specials, and manufacturer promotions.
Maintain a professional and positive sales environment. Qualifications
Previous sales or sales management experience preferred.
Powersports, automotive, marine, or RV experience is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Confident negotiating and closing skills.
Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable.
Strong customer service skills.
Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. What We Offer
