Job Description Senior Estimator We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating construction projects and a strong understanding of the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment required
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Review and evaluate cost estimates, negotiate contracts, and provide recommendations for cost savings
- Keep abreast of market trends, material costs, and labor rates
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
