Job Summary




- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating communication and understanding of requirements.
- Analyze, review, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with organizational strategies.
- Conduct requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation for complex business and data projects.
- Perform business process analysis, including mapping current-state and designing future-state workflows.
- Execute detailed data analysis and profiling, including source-to-target mapping and data validation.
- Develop and document Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, business rules, KPIs, data dictionaries, and lineage.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs and program functions for new or modified systems.
- Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses (cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build).
- Engage extensively with stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and facilitated sessions to clarify and validate requirements.
- Support data governance, gap analysis, enterprise reporting/analytics, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Utilize complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation in large enterprise or government environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and reporting teams throughout the SDLC.
- Apply industry-standard business process mapping and reengineering techniques to improve business effectiveness.
- Facilitate strong communication and coordination between technical and non-technical teams.
