Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. $72,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
- Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
- Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
- Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
- Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
- Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
- Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
- At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- The ability to prospect
- Set daily appointments for face-to-face meetings
- Build relationships
- Work within a CRM system
