Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Educate patients and their families about health management and home care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
