Truck Driver Local

Local Class A Truck Driver. Dedicated account. No touch freight. Quick approval for qualified applicants. Great team environment. Please read the job information below completely. MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE AT NIGHT. Shifts typically start in the afternoon.

This local dedicated account delivers dry and refrigerated freight to one customer across Texas and Louisiana.
• Drivers typically run within a 500-mile radius
• 70% of Deliveries are to Houston (Local).
• We usually run multiple routes per day, which may require a 10 hour break on the road on more than one occasion
• Employees must have personal transportation available for travel to and from the DC.

REQUIREMENTS:

**Applicants MUST have a minimum of 3 full months solo Tractor Trailer driving experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months

We will also accept the following for experience:

• 6-12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years with carriers less than 50 trucks/drivers. 3 carriers maximum

• 12 months safe OTR experience in the last 5 years. 4 carriers maximum.

• 24 months safe OTR experience in the last 10 years. 6 carriers maximum.

• 6 months local experience in the last 12 months

• 12 months local experience in the last 36 months
• All experience must be with trailers greater than 40 ft.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS ALL DOT RELATED SCREENINGS
• NO PRIOR SAFETY TERMS OR FAILED DT’S
• STABLE JOB HISTORY REQUIRED

Drivers will work 6 days with a 34 hour weekly reset.  Weekly off days are scheduled with your Transportation Manager once you arrive onsite.

• Average pay $1350 per week.

.44 - .51 CPM

•$20 per stop
• New hire pay and training time- 1 day in class plus 3 day ride along- $50.00 - $100 per day
