Job Types: Part-time Work Location: In person Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Benefits: Salary increase after 6 months $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid Time Off Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists . Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities . We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment. Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Completed 40 hour RBT training course Previous ABA experience preferred Excellent references RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Essential Skills and Characteristics: Positive attitude and enthusiasm with children Reliable and dependable Responds well to constructive feedback Team oriented problem solver Strong desire to make a difference in a child's life!
