About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Wealth to lead its local team and oversee succession planning for a retiring Senior Advisor with a focus on high-net-worth clientele. The successful candidate will not be required to bring a portable book of business, and the role is not commission-based. This is a strategic leadership position that involves impacting the future growth and culture of the firm, with a strong emphasis on holistic client relationship management, including financial planning, investments, estate, tax, and risk management, as well as family culture and legacy needs. The Head of Wealth will be responsible for promoting a forward-thinking, team-oriented environment, and will act as a transformation champion to enhance the firm's market position. The role also includes driving firm growth through referrals, business development, and increasing marketplace visibility. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record in a similar leadership position, with a deep understanding of the multi-family office sector and a strong network within the high-net-worth client community. A competitive compensation package is offered, with a focus on a significant base salary, profit and performance-based bonuses, and excellent benefits.
