Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff Manage, oversee, and operate all aspects of the pharmacy Maintain patient safety and pharmacy professional practice Ensure regulatory requirements and quality assurance Deliver customer service Manage personnel, inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow Adopt and manage patient care programs Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff Identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and improve pharmacy performance Implement solutions and lead the team to achieve specified goals Adapt plans in a dynamic community healthcare setting Collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes Promote a caring, energetic, enthusiastic, and proud team culture Apply acquired knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors Requirements Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA) Free of pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in managing pharmacy operations, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Capable of motivating and developing staff while driving business growth and improving pharmacy performance.
