Remote LOA & Workers' Comp Programs Specialist
Frontier Airlines, Inc.
Frontier Airlines seeks a Leaves of Absence (LOA) & Workers’ Compensation Specialist to support LOA programs (Military, FMLA, Medical, OJI) and the Workers’ Compensation program. You will partner with HR to ensure compliance and manage confidential records.
This role can be based at our Denver headquarters or anywhere in the United States via remote work, with periodic travel to Denver from Frontier-serviced cities. Strong communication, HR knowledge, and attention to detail are essential.
