- Lead commercial compliance oversight activities to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and organizational policies.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and monitoring activities to identify potential areas of exposure and support remediation efforts.
- Coordinate and support regulatory audits, internal audits, and compliance examinations, including evidence preparation, audit readiness, and corrective action follow-up.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial compliance requirements and provide guidance to business partners, operational teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring processes to support ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Conduct compliance investigations and reviews, document findings, identify root causes, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments to assess organizational impact and support compliance strategy and operational alignment.
- Deliver compliance education, awareness, and training initiatives to promote understanding of regulatory obligations and ethical business practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including regulators, clients, vendors, and auditors, to support compliance oversight and response activities.
- Prepare compliance reporting, risk summaries, and leadership updates regarding audit outcomes, monitoring activities, and remediation status.
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 6 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred.
