We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and sales-driven Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of Drybar. In this role, you'll help create a fun, polished experience for every client-from the moment they walk through the door until they leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and create a warm, upbeat experience
• Manage appointments, check-ins, checkouts, and front desk operations
• Educate clients about Drybar memberships, services, and retail products
• Recommend products and services based on each client's needs
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Help maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming shop environment
• Solve client concerns calmly, professionally, and efficiently
• Support the team during busy shifts and special events

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, such as retail, hospitality, sales, front desk, or salon services
• Previous point-of-sale system experience strongly preferred
• Salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• A positive, professional attitude-even under pressure
• A track record of providing above-and-beyond customer service
• The ability to stand and walk for the majority of a six- to eight-hour shift
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
• A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed
