What You'll Do
- Drive new business through proactive calling and relationship-building with commercial clients
- Underwrite, structure, negotiate, and close commercial loans
- Analyze credit and recommend sound lending decisions to management
- Cross-sell the bank's full suite of products and services
- Manage and grow an existing loan portfolio
- Represent the bank in the Dallas community through active involvement in local business and civic organizations
- 3+ years of commercial banking experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting (preferred)
- Strong credit analysis, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills
- A proven track record of business development
- Sharp judgment, sound decision-making, and a polished, professional presence
- The drive to build relationships and the discipline to manage them well
