Play a role as a field supervisor support – communicating on issues and opportunities, including compliance checks. Communicate and monitor Acosta and Giant Eagle's policies and procedures, including monitor in-field adherence. Responsibilities Essential Functions:

1. Initial and on-going training and development of LTR field personnel
2. Field Manager field support
3. Provide progress reports to Field Managers, Operation Managers, and Director
4. Compliance Audits - work completion and quality of work
5. Relationship building with store management and leadership
6. Communication of Giant Eagle's policies & procedures
7. Systems Troubleshooting
8. Retention and career development
9. Temporarily fill open team positions
10. Distribution of equipment
11. Meeting the physical requirements - listed below
12. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Work Experience Requirements: 3-5 years in team leadership or training in a retail environment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: Strong Leadership Skills Well versed in reset processes& procedures Complete understanding of Home Store Lead role and responsibilities Highly organized Good communication and relationship building skills Knowledge and understanding of client/customer's policies, procedures & expectations Ability to efficiently and effectively provide hands on training Acosta utilizes E-Verify for validating the ability to work in the United States for all job candidates.
