Behavioral Health Technician

This is a part-time on-site Behavioral Health Technician role, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves working closely with children and adolescents to develop essential skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and track progress. Technicians collaborate with families and other team members to support program goals and ensure the highest quality of care. Consistent data collection, documentation, and communication with the supervisory team will also be essential components of this role. Role Description Qualifications Must love working with children Strong skills in Communication and Behavioral Intervention Basic knowledge of Psychology or related fields Patience, compassion, and the ability to work effectively with children and adolescents High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, or related field is a plus) Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr ABAeffects
