Heavy Equipment Dealer Position
An industry-leading heavy equipment dealer is looking for a detail-oriented person for our Placentia office. Computer-literate and knowledgeable in the work order process, booking, and closing. Experience with the CDK system is preferred but not required.
We are a well-established, well-respected equipment distributor offering competitive pay and benefits.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Monitor work in process daily
- Close signed-off work orders daily
- Review and correct technician notes as needed to make them presentable for invoicing
- Close warranty work orders to maximize manufacturer coverage
- Input work order information as required.
