Sales Manager
A-Better Heat & Air Conditioning, a leading Oklahoma-based HVAC contractor with over 40 years of industry experience, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. We are renowned for our expertise in a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, from central air units to advanced indoor air quality systems. This is a full-time position based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to lead a dedicated sales team in a thriving company.
Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial consultation to closing the sale.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Providing ongoing training and professional development to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborating with the technical and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
