Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. 8:30-5:00 M/W/F, 9:00-5:30 T/Th (1 Sat a month 10AM-2PM) Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills.
