The Beauty Team Leader at TESO Group oversees the beauty department's daily operations, leading and coaching the beauty team to deliver excellent customer service and strong product presentation in a fast-paced retail setting. Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, deep beauty knowledge, and a customer-first approach to drive sales while maintaining brand standards at our Overland Park, KS location.
