Job Details Job Location: Christiansburg, VA 24073 Do you enjoy talking to customers on the telephone and enjoy working in a fast passed service environment? Shelor Motor Mile has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives in our Service department. Job Duties Answer incoming service calls Route service calls Schedule and confirm service appointments Notify customers of campaigns Follow up with customers after their service appointment Job Requirements Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills Customer service and follow up experience Proficient computer skills High level of professionalism Hours are Monday thru Friday.
