About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Manager & Licensed Real Estate Agent to join a growing real estate and property development company in New York.
This unique dual-function role combines real estate sales with digital marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will have an active New York real estate salesperson or broker license a strong background in marketing and fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese.
The company provides a dedicated app where prospective buyers can browse available properties and connect with the business. Rather than focusing on cold calling or generating leads from scratch this individual will work with incoming prospects showcase properties guide buyers through the sales process and help convert inquiries into sales.
Alongside their real estate responsibilities this person will lead marketing initiatives manage social media create engaging content and promote the companys properties and brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities - Real Estate Sales & Client Relations

• Respond to prospective buyers and inquiries generated through the companys property app.
• Present and show available homes and properties to prospective buyers.
• Understand buyers needs answer property-related questions and recommend suitable listings.
• Guide clients through the property sales process from initial inquiry to negotiation and closing as appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and existing clients.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Provide a professional and engaging customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Marketing & Content Creation

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the companys properties listings and brand.
• Manage the companys social media presence across relevant platforms including Instagram Facebook TikTok and other digital channels.
• Create engaging marketing content including property showcases short-form videos reels photographs captions and promotional materials.
• Plan and publish social media content highlighting available properties property features and real estate opportunities.
• Coordinate property photography video shoots and other content production as needed.
• Write compelling property descriptions promotional copy and marketing materials.
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance using insights to improve reach and audience engagement.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve the companys online visibility and attract more prospective buyers.

Qualifications

• Active New York real estate salesperson or broker license in good standing.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese along with strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing digital marketing social media management or a related field.
• Hands-on experience creating marketing content including social media posts videos reels and promotional materials.
• Experience managing social media accounts and developing content strategies.
• Strong interpersonal communication presentation and customer service skills.
• Ability to confidently present properties and build relationships with prospective buyers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both marketing and real estate sales responsibilities.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and common digital content creation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate sales property development or new construction.
• Experience marketing real estate listings or working with real estate brands.
• Familiarity with video editing and design tools such as Canva CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating bilingual marketing content or communicating with Mandarin- or Cantonese-speaking buyers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics social media advertising and audience engagement strategies.
