Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience required, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings. Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Willingness to work an open schedule that may include 4x10s and two evening shifts per week until 7:30 PM (preferred). Completion of assigned pre-assignment healthstream modules will be required prior to start (agency reimbursed per policy). Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1830; schedule may follow 4x10s and include two evenings per week until 7:30 PM. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Productivity Expectation: 55–63 patients per week. EMR: Raintree. Duration: 13–26 weeks. Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
