Group/Division The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts. Job Description / Preferred Project Manager, Service IP Protections supports execution of KLA's Service Intellectual Property (IP) Protection initiatives, passionate about strengthening protection of KLA IP across service systems, ontool software, data outputs, Service AI platforms, and infab technologies. These initiatives are critical to ensuring KLA service capabilities continue to scale while maintaining appropriate controls, compliance, and protection of proprietary information. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting execution of multiple, parallel initiatives that span planning, development, validation, rollout, and sustainment phases. The Project Manager works closely with cross‑functional team members to lead project plans, track breakthroughs and dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery against defined POR commitments. The role supports consistent execution by maintaining project artifacts such as schedules, dashboards, status updates, and risk and issue logs. The Project Manager partners closely with PSO, Divisions, Central Engineering, IT/DX, Legal, Service AI, and LKS to enable alignment across business, technical, legal, and enablement teams. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between partners, coordinating readiness activities, supporting governance reviews, and helping ensure releases and process changes are implemented consistently and with appropriate documentation. The role also supports standardization of processes, documentation, and best‑known methods (BKMs) to improve execution consistency and audit readiness across Service IP Protection programs.
