We’re looking for someone who is creative, energetic, detail-obsessed, trend-aware, and genuinely excited about social media. Someone who notices a great composition before anyone else, who can spot a trend before it becomes tired. Who understands that a Reel needs a hook, an email needs personality, and good design is usually found in the details. We need someone who strives to improve every day and night.

We’re a growing luxury furniture company looking for a Social Media + Creative Marketing Specialist who can help shape how our brands (two) look, sound and show up online. We grow, you grow and together we go places. You're not expected to edit photos for 8 hours. You may be creating a Reel. Next you could be building an email campaign, editing product photography, updating Shopify, brainstorming a campaign idea, or helping the team solve something completely unrelated. We like people who can wear many hats and make them look good. We're a small team too so we'll be seeing these hats too, so you will get compliments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create, plan and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Engage and create engagement on social media to improve awareness and audience metrics.
• Develop Reels, Stories, posts, short-form videos and other content that people actually want to stop scrolling for.
• Help shape social media campaigns, promotions and brand storytelling.
• Create email marketing campaigns and digital newsletters using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Assist with photography, film and product edit, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create and edit digital marketing materials for eCommerce, retail and social media.
• Update Shopify websites, product information and internal databases.
• Assist with catalogs, brochures, manuals and other marketing materials.
• Occasionally your teammates may need your help with emails, chat, phone or with general office tasks so you need to know our brands.
• Bring ideas. Lots of them.
